What Makes Us Different
Years of experience in movement re-education and physical therapy gives us plenty of tools to restore movement quality.
Form, technique and using the right muscles the right way is top on our priority list.
To ensure this we keep or conditioning classes and strength training separate.
Our strength sessions are either done 1 on 1 with a trainer or in a small group setting with a coach and no more than 3-4 other members.
Meet Mike and Ryan
My love for science and athletics brought me into the health and fitness industry while the people I’ve met along the way have kept me here. I have over 13 years of experience working with mostly adults trying to lose weight and feel better as they get older. I’ve also gained a lot of experience in the movement quality and re education sector. That allows me to help people move and feel better, from athletes trying to be more efficient and improve performance to the average person trying to get back in shape and do so in a safe and healthy manor. I take pride in being able to listen to my clients and provide them with what they need and what they want.
At the age of 19, I changed my college major from business to Exercise Science. It was the best decision I could have made. Over the past 15+ years I have had the opportunity to work with multiple demographics and learn from some of the most intelligent minds in the health and fitness fields. I currently specialize in athletic strength and conditioning, working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, as well as adults of all ages looking for weight loss, strength gains and improvements in overall health and quality of life. I hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and highly value constant continuing education.
