We work with adults to improve their quality of life through exercise, diet, and lifestyle.

Wether you're trying to fit into your "skinny" jeans, improve clarity and productivity at work, or keep up with your kids we have a program for you.

Philosophy

Keep things simple and be really good at the fundamentals.

Focusing on quality movement by building a strong foundation of integrity, stability, flexibility and balance leaves people moving better and feeling better.

If you're moving better and feeling better you will be moving more and thats the key to youthfulness and longevity.

What Makes Us Different

Years of experience in movement re-education and physical therapy gives us plenty of tools to restore movement quality.

Form, technique and using the right muscles the right way is top on our priority list.

To ensure this we keep or conditioning classes and strength training separate.

Our strength sessions are either done 1 on 1 with a trainer or in a small group setting with a coach and no more than 3-4 other members.

Mike Ricchio

At the age of 19, I changed my college major to Exercise Science. It was the best decision I could have made. Over the past 15+ years I have had the opportunity to work with multiple demographics and learn from some of the most intelligent minds in the health and fitness fields.

I specialize in athletic strength and conditioning, working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, as well as adults of all ages looking for weight loss, strength gains and improvements in overall health and quality of life. I hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and highly value constant continuing education.
