At the age of 19, I changed my college major to Exercise Science. It was the best decision I could have made. Over the past 15+ years I have had the opportunity to work with multiple demographics and learn from some of the most intelligent minds in the health and fitness fields.
I specialize in athletic strength and conditioning, working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, as well as adults of all ages looking for weight loss, strength gains and improvements in overall health and quality of life. I hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and highly value constant continuing education.
I am the father of 3 beautiful children, and just like you am on my own fitness journey. I look forward to helping you work on yours!

Mandy, Front Desk Supervisor
Hi my name is Mandy. I joined the MAR family in November
2019 as a member and moved into the Front Desk role in May
2020. Prior to MAR I was an educator focused on early
childhood and elementary aged students where I was a
teacher and a school director. I have always been passionate
